Your visit
- Arrive five minutes early to settle in.
- Wear comfortable clothes. Salt brushes off easily.
- Relax. Sit back, read or close your eyes while the salt air fills the room.
- Afterwards, have a glass of water and carry on with your day.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are booking for a child, please check with your GP before your first session. Keep using any prescribed medication, including inhalers. Salt therapy is a wellness experience and does not replace medical care.

How long are sessions?
We offer 30 minute and 45 minute salt therapy sessions.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself, in comfortable clothes. Leave valuables at home if you can.
Can children come?
Children are welcome with an adult. If your child has a medical condition, please speak to your GP first.
Can businesses or groups book?
Yes. Tell us about group or corporate wellness bookings in the message box and we will be in touch.
